I am 5 weeks pregnant and having major anxiety. I had a miscarriage almost 6 months ago so I think that is playing a huge role. This pregnancy is completely different I feel normal and healthy and just a little prego. I guess my question is should I worry if one day seems worse than another? Should I worry if I wake up feeling refreshed not super sluggish like the day before or have an afternoon where my nausea isn't as bad as the afternoon before? I think I have this idea that my symptoms are suppose to increase as the days move forward. Any advice would be great. I must sound like a basket case.
