I was wondering if anyone had any idea what this could be? I circled it on the photo. I've been trying to get in touch with my doctor but she isn't in until monday.

I definitely don't think it is another baby. If the tech didn't comment on it, I would say it is nothing.

I don't think there could be a second baby with such a small amount of fluid there. I'm sure it's just a fluid bubble.

I have a blood clot and it looked similar to this on the sono.... doctor pointed mine out but yours seems a lot smaller, they are caused when implantation happens, its like a little rip in the tissue that fills with blood. I wouldn't worry if your doctor didn't point it out, if you start spotting at all call your doctor. No worries though, I'm sure its fine
