Hello everyone!
My pregnancy hcg blood level at 5 weeks 1 day was 11,040 (this was on tuesday)and the doctor never bothered to tell me my next result that I had done 48 hours later (thursday). Now it's the weekend and they are closed so i got my hcg level tested at the hospital and got results within just a few hours, so that makes it 72-96 hours after that 1st reading was done. I am now at 5 weeks 5 days and the reading has gone up to 27,611 (this is today, saturday). But i thought hcg levels were supposed to double every single 48-72 hours so i figured i should be in the over 42,000 range if i started at 11,040 at 5 weeks 1 day for the first reading. Is this number typically normal and ok or too low?

When your HCG levels are over 6000, it takes 96 hours to double. My HCG at 5+5 was nearly 9000 and 3 days later, they were nearly 27000 so its all normal x
