so this is going to be a tad long and I am so sorry for that but I need some insight or maybe someone else has gone threw this.

Heres a little HISTORY
(have had 1 termination in 2008, a miscarriage in 2011)
April 6th 2013- got my period (was a little lighter than normal but normal cramps and everything)
April 19th 2013- I started spotting so I questioned myself and bought a HPT which to my suprise was positive.
See my dr and my HcG only ever hit 20
Ended in miscarriage about a week or 2 later.

Now to the PRESENT
May- Had a normal cycle
June- Had Normal cycle
July 4th 2013- period is spossed to arrive but doesnt
July 6th 2013- period comes, i don't remember if it was normal or not.

July 14th- Had some weird orangeish spotting, freaked out because of the situation in April, took a HPT and it came up a strong positive within like all of 2 seconds.
Based off my LMP I should be 5 or 6 weeks.
Last night June 18th I bought a clear blue digital and the conception indicator only says 1-2.
I am spotting ( NO bright colours, only dull pink, orange or brown)
I have NO cramps or pain at all.

I cant get into my early planning clinic until the 26th so I just need some help, anyone been through this and went on to have a viable healthy pregnancy?

I'd like to help, but I'm so confused by the dates in your post. You are posting about things that happened a month ago? Could you please clarify?

Hey KMH!
I'm pretty sure we talked in April when I went threw this!
I messed up on the topic, the june dates should be July as I had a regular cycle in June as well, sorry about that!

I thought I recognized your username. Thanks for clarifying about the dates...I was so lost

Spotting can be TOTALLY normal in early pregnancy. I actually had gushing blood and cramps with my first along with off-and-on spotting, and with the twins I had spotting as well. Usually if it isn't bright red it is okay unless accompanied by cramping or sharp pain on one side of your abdomen. I would say you have every reason to be positive about your pregnancy!

Thanks for the positive words!
It just blows my mind how I can have what I thought was my "period" normal length and everything.
I tried HPTs before my period was due and they were all negative, I just "felt" weird.
My sore boobs (sorry for the tmi) went away after my "period"
Im staying positive and seeing it as whatevers meant to be will be, its just stuck in the back of my mind because of last time!

Some women do have period-like bleeding in early pregnancy at the times when their cycle is normally due. I don't know why, but it does happen.

When you see your doc I'd ask to have your progesterone levels tested just out of curiosity. Sometimes low progesterone can be the cause of bleeding/spotting and supplementing can help.

So I might be driving myself crazy buuut!
The spotting stopped yesturday so that made me very very happy
So I have one FRER left in my double pack so I figured I'd use FMU for once since I've done both tests at night.
Well now it's making me crazy again, the first FRER was a strong strong positive on the 15th, today the 18th its very faint.
Is that a bad sign?

Not necessarily. It could be something called the "hook effect." At a certain point your HCG gets high enough that it is too concentrated and the tests get lighter. You'll get darker tests if you dilute your pee with water...it sounds crazy but I have experimented with it

It is a good sign that the spotting stopped! Fingers crossed for you!

ahh that helped me last week.
Caved and bought another digital today.. came back with "Not Pregnant"
took the test apart and the blue ink was smeared everywhere inside.
My spotting stopped on the 17th and was nothing more than spotting.
My boobs just started feeling fuller and way sore, so now I'm just confused all over again

So I went to my appointment this morning, and their urine test as well was negative.
The doctor thinks I had a missed miscarriage ( I havent bled, or had any cramps) and did a blood draw and I have to get another blood draw on Monday to check HcG levels to see if anythings going on. I still feel pregnant (sore boobs, mood swings, heartburn, head aches, vivid dreams) unlike last time when I felt "empty.
I go back next Friday, the 2nd to get the results of my blood and go from there. If I did have a miscarriage I'm being referred to a specialist to make sure everythings working properly as this is my 3rd.
So again not really 100% definitive answers. boo ): haha
