Hi! I'm a health and yoga instructor for 10 years now and I know a lot of women including myself who experienced the same discomfort physically during pregnancy. Exercising and eating a healthy diet supervised by your OB will keep your body and health in check and will also help you prepare for your delivery.
Doing prenatal yoga is also a big help as it will help develop your flexibility and balance which you will need the most when giving birth. I know a lot of prenatal yoga practitioners including myself who didn't have a hard time during delivery and manage to keep our bodies in shape and stay healthy.
