I swear by yoga during my pregnancy. I've been taking MyYogaWorks online prenatal yoga classes with Patti Quintero. They have an entire prenatal yoga video journey series where they prescribe different classes throughout your pregnancy so it's great! They also have a free 14 day trial

Not many people feel good at all at 38 weeks pregnant! You're not alone!

Do you feel unwell because you're uncomfortable, or because you're not fit?

I agree with the above that yoga is WONDERFUL during pregnancy. Just make sure you do prenatal yoga. Shiva Rae is one of my favorites!

Hi! I'm a health and yoga instructor for 10 years now and I know a lot of women including myself who experienced the same discomfort physically during pregnancy. Exercising and eating a healthy diet supervised by your OB will keep your body and health in check and will also help you prepare for your delivery.

Doing prenatal yoga is also a big help as it will help develop your flexibility and balance which you will need the most when giving birth. I know a lot of prenatal yoga practitioners including myself who didn't have a hard time during delivery and manage to keep our bodies in shape and stay healthy.
