I am 47 days pregnant and today I went for my check up and in the USG it was found that I had a thin subchorionic hemorhhage; My doc has advised me to take complete bed rest. I am scared and I am sad abt it. Is it really bad for my baby?! What will happen to my baby? What are the precautions that I need to take? Can any one please help me on this? I am traumatized to be honest...
I am not sure if what you have is the same as what I had during my last pregnancy, but I was diagnosed with a subchorionic hematoma when I was about 12 weeks. I experienced bleeding around 6, 9, 12 and 16 weeks, each time I thought it was the end of my pregnancy. Early in pregnancy the only thing you can really do is take I easy, I cut out exercise and did just my normal day to day activities.
There is nothing any of us can say to put your mind at ease but I can suggest you invest in a Doppler, I purchased a Sonoline B Handheld Pocket Fetal Doppler it really helped put my mind at ease until I was able to feel her move....good luck
