Ok, So.. my pregnancy I feel is far from normal and hoping someone may have some insight while I wait for my Dr to figure this out as well. I had a period on March 30th. Then spotted on April 28th on May 1st I had what I thought was my period. I bleed for about 2 days then it turned into spotting. When the spotting didn't stop I felt something was wrong. So, i took a pregnancy test and it came up positive. I called my Dr that Day May 8th and he had me do an HCG test as the pregnancy test was faint. MY HCG on May 8th was 221 On May 10th it was 235. On May 15th I started bleeding again. I went for an ultrasound and of course they couldn't see anything just said my uterus looked good.. Idk if it meant it looked good in general or for a pregnancy. May 15th I got an HCG test and it came back at 300 on May 18th it came back at 391. I'm worried its ectopic. I have no idea when i ovulated or why my body tried to give me my period in the beginning of May. I figured the second bleeding was my body getting rid of everything but my levels keep rising.. The Dr wants to do another HCG test next week. If this is ectopic I really just want to know but I have no pain.. has anyone ever had this happen and what was the outcome?

I have had two ectopic pregnancies and honestly that was my first thought reading your post. By the time you have pain your tube has usually ruptured. That's what causes the pain. So if this ectopic watch it CLOSELY. The first one I had did not rupture but the second did and I lost my tube and had to have emergency surgery. If you feel any pain AT ALL go to the ER and call your doc. Everything you posted sound so much like my experience. I hope this isn't the case but ectopics are serious business so please take care of yourself.
I hope you'll come back and let us know how you are doing. ((HUGS))
