Candy canes are good ..

Hard candies of any kind might help .

Peppermint tea

Crackers & Gingerale as soon as you wake up in the morning . I find with my sickness if I don't eat right away I feel really yucky .

I've been taking giner root pills and they really help - got them at the local vitamin store.

I bought something called Ginger Trips made by Solaray. It is ginger gum plus it has a bit of B6 in it. It helps right away but....it only last for a short while. Not all day! I was also told you can buy a giner root at your grocery store and cut a little chunk out and put it in hot tea with lemon and honey and that will work as well.

All of the above, plus those seabands. You can get them in a pharmacy with the motion sickness stuff. They go over an acupressure point that helps with nausea.

Oh, and eating whatever sounds good. I was literally nauseated 24/7 except for while sleeping and occasionally after eating whatever I was craving. If I wanted french fries, I ate french fries. I'd throw up if I tried to force myself to eat what I didn't want.

For some reason slurpees also helped me. Maybe the cold...?
