Woot woot!

I thought it was only fair for me to do all of them together (which was why I simplified each one and only made 4 this time ). Did you check the link for the cleaning challenge again today? I changed it...

NO! way to mess me up changing the game after it starts geez

off to check out the new and improved now

Week 1 - Start SmallSelect 5 tasks to perform daily (you can use the examples or make your own if you already have those down). On the check-in thread, make sure to rate yourself by telling us how many days you've accomplished each of the 5 daily tasks. For example, Making the Bed 5/7 days.

Tasks
1. wiep down the bath room sink (morning)
2. Empty the sink (either washing dishes by hand or loading in dishwasher)
3. Clear the dining room table of clutter
4. Sweep the downstairs floors
5. straighten the boots/shoes corner

that is my goals for htis week Monday - Sunday

Looks great! Sorry to change it last minute on you, but it didn't feel as pregnancy-friendly the other way I want to make sure even third trimester I can do the challenges! I love the way you made the tasks your own!

I got a spur up my butt and decided to wash all the bedding upstairs... my dog is sleeping on half of it now Part of the reason the upstairs is never clean is because I don't go up there until bedtime and I come downstairs while everyone else is still sleeping - aka, I don't look at the mess... This is one of my big problems, so I'm starting there. I sort of cheated on the task list too - I'll be following it exactly because, um, it's the one I already use I figure since I only recently got off track with those, I can handle the cleaning challenge without too much problem.

The kegels I'm already doing too, but I'm starting back at week 1. The pampering challenge is one I really need to do because I don't always take the right time out for me. Usually time out for me is time I spend doing something for someone else - not exactly the point. This and the menu planning will be hardest for me, but I figure if I can do them anyone can!

I was a bad, bad girl and didn't check in at all yesterday!

Cleaning Bootcamp Challenge

Here I go for 2/28:

Tasks
N 1. Make the Bed
N 2. Empty the sink (either washing dishes by hand or loading in dishwasher)
N 3. Clear 1 spot of clutter (~15 minute task)
N 4. Sweep the kitchen floor
Y 5. Sort the mail - throw away/recycle junk right away

1/5... great job me...

And here's for 3/1:

Tasks
Y 1. Make the Bed
Y 2. Empty the sink (either washing dishes by hand or loading in dishwasher)
N 3. Clear 1 spot of clutter (~15 minute task)
N 4. Sweep the kitchen floor
Y 5. Sort the mail - throw away/recycle junk right away

I did MUCH better yesterday, but I forgot that clearing 1 spot of clutter and sweeping the floor were on my list.

Mama Makover Challenge

I did do my regular pelvic rock stretches that I do every day. I'm supposed to be doing them 3-4 times per day since I've already had one baby but... I'm doing them once a day. My goal is to add more stretches and to work on getting more pelvic rocks in!

Menu Planning Challenge

With my whole world up in the air right now , I haven't done much menu planning at all. I decided to start this challenge next week or the week after. Heck, maybe in April!

Crazy Kegel Challenge
2/28: 1 set of 50
3/1: 1 set of 50

Now that I'm thinking of it, I will go ahead and do another set now, which will put me up to 2 sets of 50 today! 2/4 isn't so bad! Plus, I have a long commute so I can definitely get at least one more set in today.

I just re-read the challenge and I had put it at 50 kegels throughout the day... I thought I was supposed to be doing 4 sets of 50! Well look at me go, I actually met this challenge every day this week!

March 2nd:
1. Yes
2. Yes
3. Kind of, I took care of 5 things
4. still only the kitchen
5. no

Now I know it seems like the kitchen and bath room sink would be easy, and they kidn of are, but these are things I've never cared about before this week, so that alone is huge for me.

Good thing this is a 6 week project!

I totally understand how you feel! Sometimes I think I don't do these things just because I put them on a list and I like to be obstinate!

Cleaning Bootcamp Challenge

3/2:

Tasks
Y 1. Make the Bed
N 2. Empty the sink (either washing dishes by hand or loading in dishwasher)
Y 3. Clear 1 spot of clutter (~15 minute task)
N 4. Sweep the kitchen floor
Y 5. Sort the mail - throw away/recycle junk right away

3/5... not so bad, I guess... I was being stubborn and CHOSE not to empty the sink. I'm such a pill!

And here's for 3/3:

Tasks

I was home yesterday and so was DH. It was a very preggo-emotional day for me and not much was accomplished.

Mama Makover Challenge

I decided to start this one some other week.

Crazy Kegel Challenge
3/2: 3 sets of 50
3/3: 0 set of 50

Oops.

Like you said, Ro, it's a good thing these are 6-week challenges!

Great job Ro! You are doing AWESOME!

Plus, with 2 girls at home and one on the way... it makes me tired just thinking about it!
