Most bedding sets come with a TON of stuff. Are there any pieces of the bedding set that you think you won't use?

all of it, excpet sheets. so I don't really buy a set.

I like the thick crib blanket for them to lay on on the floor. that's about it

we don't use bumper pads, and the ruffle collects dust, and we rarely use the quilts since they don't hold up to much washing

We aren't using the bumper. I think we'll use everything else though.

I'm not sure I'll be getting any bedding sets, but I wouldn't use a bumper or that skirt looking thingy that hangs down from the mattress.

I didn't buy a set last time, and I won't this time either. We co-sleep with the crib in sidecar position along the bed, so we really only use the sheets anyhow. When the baby is a newborn, we use a bassinet. I cannot wait to swaddle my little baby!
