I try to work out a little bit, but most days I don't try very hard When I do anything, I usually just take a walk on my treadmill while I watch something on TV. I really need to start doing more to prepare for labor, I heard it's much easier if you've been getting some exercise.
I was working out when I got pg, but then stopped and haven't started again-too scared and I don't want to get hurt with four littles to take care of--I do mall walks when I get a chance with the kids, though
I have been terrible... I did a lot of weight lifting before I was pregnant, and that's not such a good idea now. I have a pregnancy salsa workout DVD that I love, and also some walking DVDs that are awesome, but our DVD player broke and I've been using that as an excuse... so I really haven't been doing much at all.
