I really did not want to get up this morning, but I convinced myself to get up with enough time to work out AND get my food ready for the day. Oh yes, I am on the ball. But since we had trouble sleeping last night (Dalton couldn't sleep, I messed up his routine by being home yesterday), I didn't get to sleep until a little after midnight. Let me just tell you that 4:30 (I woke up before my alarm, joy of joys) came awfully early this morning! But I was up and at it, and even popped in my prenatal exercise DVD by 4:50! I know, I was shocked too

Anyway, wow, let me ramble a while, will ya? What time do you normally get up? My alarm goes off at 4:35.

OMG 4:30? That is freakishly early!

Our alarm goes off at 7:30, but we usually wake up around 7.

During the week, the alarm is set for 5:35. that gives me time to snooze for 5 mins, shower, get dressed, walk dogs, pack lunch and snacks for the day and be out the door by 6:45.

Weekends I sleep in till I wake up (unless I have to be somewhere at a certain time).

When I stayed home with Dalton I never needed an alarm... those days were so nice
