Just want to say in advance, if I'm posting this in the wrong are I'm sorry. I'm new and still getting use to this site.

I have a question regarding diaper covers for cloth diapers. I know that they come in different sizes, but I don't know how many of each size I should get. How many diaper covers would you suggest getting for each size? Obviously, I don't want to buy too little or buy too much, so I really need help from other mothers that have experience in this area.

Thanks in advance!

You can definitely post here, but there's also a cloth diaper board that you might want to look at too Welcome to JM and the Getting Ready for Baby board!

I would recommend 5 or 6 covers per size. I use cloth and that's what I've got. If you are using AIO's or pocket diapers in addition to prefolds/fitteds, then you might not need as many. I make a lot of my covers out of wool sweaters that I felt by washing and putting in the dryer. Lanolize them and they are good to go! They are the covers that I have that last the longest, I think. I have a tendency to have more than enough diaper covers (but 5-6 is really what is recommended) for some sizes because they are just so darn cute
