So you might have noticed I was MIA yesterday... apparently I was dehydrated and also not eating enough. I didn't pack enough for during the work day, so by the end of the day I was too exhausted to eat. Yeah, and not drinking enough water either. So I'm back to normal now, a day of food, water and rest really helped! It's that time of year...

So are YOU drinking enough water?

I am not drinking as much water as I was pre-baby but I havent had an issue with water retention or dehydration.

Probably not. I've never been a big water drinker, except on really hot days. I drink other stuff instead and I've never been dehydrated or anything (that I know of).

I do drink a lot of water at night before bed though, and I keep a big bottle of water next to the bed and chug some every time I wake up (it gets really dry in here). So I don't know if that makes up for not getting as much as I should during the day.

It was a lot harder for me with Dalton because I was definitely NOT a water drinker. Since I had him, I've really gotten on the ball with drinking water a lot better, but the past couple of weeks I just avoided it for some reason.

yes and no. I was dehydrated, so they had me chugging water, but then they decided water was wrong, because all my other levels are off. so I'm supposed to drink something with something in it. plain soda, or gatorade or something, anything.

so now I dont' even know. because no matter what I do I'm off.
