Have any of you ladies moved while pregnant? Care to share any tips? We are considering a move to a different state, and also ttc.

I just finished moving today, and I'm 38 weeks. Its been horrible! Do it as early as you can in your pregnancy, and get as much help as you possibly can. Rest often! Drink tons of fluids, and don't strain yourself. Also, remember that unpacking can wait. Its so much more important that you take care of yourself. Its really temping to want to get everything done right away, but I can't stress it enough, pace yourself. Only do what you are comfortable doing, and don't lift anything heavy.

At 11 weeks preggo we moved 4 miles down the road from our pervious house. Do the moving early.

I could still lift things just not heavier than 20-30 pounds. I helped DH put a door back on it hinges after he and his brother put in the washer/dryer. Later on your belly will get in the way, even with simple things. I wouldn't have been able to help with the door at 30 weeks along.

It's easier to move while pregnant than to move with a new baby, so I would move ASAP.

It well depends on your pregnancy.Thefirst three months of your pregnancy is very risky you have to be careful.You can enjoy from fourth month and again the eight month is risky

We moved into a bigger apartment in the same complex when I was 7 months pregnant. While it wasn't easy it would have been much harder after the baby. I recommend getting as many people as possible to help move the boxes and furniture for you if you don't hire a company.

As others have said, it's better to get it out of the way while pregnant as opposed to after the baby. Be sure you have plenty of help and don't try to over do it!

Me and my husband also moved into bigger apartment when I was 8 months pregnant. I couldn't imagine living with a baby in 1bedroom apartment
Moving was very hard but our family helped a lot. And concidering how difficult were first 3 months with my baby Max, I'm glad we moved before he was born!
