Here's my one and only image... which looks like just a blob to me.

I had to have the technician show me where the head was (I couldn't tell). So, just to get me to remember the placement of my bean, I did a little Photoshopping. I "borrowed" an image I found on-line and positioned it in the next pict. Note, the photograph is not my bean (the u/s image is)... but it helps me understand his/her placement.
