When do you start tummy time? I've been doing it for like 4 days with Nicholas, he's 12 days today but he just falls asleep! Is it too soon to start?

I have done tummy time with Avery for the past 4 days. She loves it! I have pictures and videos on my facebook. She is getting SO strong, she can already lift her upper chest, neck and head, and she can almost roll over! I dont think its too soon, we started Avery just before 3 weeks old.

I started Annabelle as soon as her cord fell off, so she was just a little over a week old. She loves it and will lift her head for sooo long, she's crazy strong! She hasn't figured out how to use her arms yet, but she also lifts her legs, it's hilarious...
But i have to put her when she's wide awake! Or else, she also will just kind of sleep there, so maybe try a moment where bub is very alert!
