How do or did you get your LO to sleep and stay asleep??

Oh wow Ang how terrible for you LOL. Hannah has been waking up more and more and I dont know what to do. She doesnt stay up long but I get tired of getting up and down and it makes me incredibly tired at work. I cant put her in Nicole's room cuz she is too light of a sleeper and Im not sure if she is just waking up cuz she is hungry or needs comforting or if we are snoring or something you know. We only have a two bedroom apartment so its hard. And before I know it Im up and at her crib instantly so I dont even try the CIO bit. I dont know why I instantly jump up its habit...
