We started with DD at 2.5 months for cereal, and about 3 months for veggies and then one by one after that. She was having 50-60oz of formula a day, so the pedi said solids were just fine. She did great.
We plan to start Liam on cereal at 3 months this time, but will play it by ear.

I started putting cereal in all of their bottles around 3 months, feeding with a spoon for both boys around 5 - 6 months, I've tried already with Bella and she's not having it

She was 6 months old. We have a history of severe food allergies in our family so I didn't want to start her until at least 6 months - preferably later. Once she hit six months though she was showing all signs of being ready for solids so we started her out slowly (rice cereal first).

We tried at 4 month for the first time, she wasn't AT ALL ready.. so I waited 2 more months.. so we technically started at 6 months. We skippd cereal (she disliked it in a big way) and went right to veggies/fruits.

With Sam it was really late, he had a lot of puking issues (still does). But wiht Henry, I started cereal at 4 months, hten I've really just started adding a new food each week. AT his 6mo appt today, pedi said I could go ahead and give meat anytime between now and 9mo.

We started cereal at 5 months and veggies followed shortly. As soon as they had at least 4 teeth or if teething was bad, we'd give them something with a little more density.
