I think it all depends where you are and what your doing. I changed my kids where ever I was, and the older they got the easier the floor became! My two year old I always just change on the floor, unless I'm in bed then I do it there. Sometimes if I'm lazy I change him in my lap! Hes afraid of changing tables in stores and stuff so if we are out I change him in the stroller or the car. With little babies I would advise against the floor, I think its great having a changing table for when they are little but again, it depends where I am. I'm not going to go to a different floor to change my babies lol
I use the changing table 90% of the time, otherwise I do it on our ottoman with a blanket under her or on the floor. I like the convience of the changing table though Since we cloth diaper and use cloth wipes it makes keeping everything organized and out of the way!
