Don't always buy brand name products it will cost you a fortune. You can get no name brands or store name brands for cheaper. They are all made by the same companies anyway. Even with formula read the brand name lables and the no name brands they have the same things in them.

Very true. Just because something is from huggies doesn't make it the best. Or whatever brand. I never liked luvs or pampers for my kids. But some no name brands aren't good. So its all about what works for your kids.

100000000% Agree!

We save about $25/month on formula and about $15-20 a month on diapers by buying store brands. Also don't just look at one store brand either. Look for not mom and pop store brands or national store brands, check out regional ones.

true on most things but not everything. My SIL tried Parent's Choice formula once because as you are correct, same ingredients, different packaging. My nephew projectile vomited every time he was fed with that formula. They went back to enfamil without finishing the parent's choice brand and he went back to just the normal spit up at burpings.

There are subtle differences in formulas because no two companies have the exact recipes.... But they have to pass the same tests as name brands. With Diapers, I know a few babies that could only use name brand diapers. I usually will try them and decide based on what I liked.

It took me 2 years to realize Luvs worked just as good as pampers and I could get 180 for $25 at BJ's.

And I was stuck on Similac too. I kept getting formula checks and I kept buying it thinking I was getting a discount, when I was still paying $10 more a can than the equal store brand.
