How do you make time for yourself? About how long do you spend on it?

Working out, JM or anything online really, scapbooking. Usually my me time is after the kids go to bed. Sometimes hubby will let me sleep in . And sometimes I scrapbook at a friends house to get away.

I'm a SAHM , so the only time for myself that I get is in the evenings when my husband is home. I spend a couple of hours watching a movie on my lap top and cross stitching (in the kitchen away from everyone). I try to go to a movie every couple of weeks, but that's pretty much it...I don't consider grocery shopping to be time to myself.

all i have to say is thank god for daycare! although while she's away, i spend 95% of my time cleaning/doing laundry/running errands. that other 5% is spent scrapbooking or just relaxing, usually at least an 30 minutes to an hour a day.
