Thanksgiving + Pregnancy = Diaster! LOL

I am hosting thanksgiving this year at my house... which means 20 people at my place for dinner. I have SOOOOOOOO much to do and NO time to do it! I'm at work today and have a meeting after work, UGH...But oh well, I don't have to work tomorrow or Friday so I can bust my tail tonight and tomorrow morning and sleep in friday!

I just finalized my menu for tomorrow night:

Roasted Turkey
Ham
Garlic Mashed Potatoes
4 cheese Macaroni
Sweet Potato Casserole
Green Bean Casserole
Cranberry Sauce
Pasta Salad
Stuffing
Giblet Gravy
Turkey Gravy
Rolls

Dessert:
Pumpkin Pie
Fudge Pie
Pecan Pie
Cherry Pie
*Optional Ala Mode for Fudge, Pecan, and Cherry Pie
Chocolate Chip Cookies
Cinnamon rolls

Drinks:
Fruit Tea
Sweet Tea
Soda
Water

Still on my to do list for Tonight and tomorrow morning (not including the cooking):

-Sweep and Mop hardwoods downstairs
-Vaccum upstairs rec room and bedrooms
-Polish dinning room table and Kitchen table
-Windex windows
-Clean guest bathroom downstairs
-clean our frig to make room for left overs
-Set up extra table in family room downstairs
-Put up both Christmas Trees
-Shampoo carpets in rec room
-Mop upstairs bathrooms
-Finish putting away laundry
-Do the MOMMY cleaning on each of the kids rooms
-Attempt to organize pantries so I can FIND what I need for cooking
-Organize tupperware cabinets and Bans and baking dishes so I can find what I need easily tomorrow.

I am now exausted and retire!! I love hosting and having people over, we have a big family that all live close and unfortunatly we have the most space so 90% of the time we end up having to host. Dh's family and my family are awesome and they are bringing a lot of the food for tomorrow and MIL is coming over about 3 hours early to help me set up and get food together.

Oh and tomorrow night we are revealing our christmas lights (We have A LOT of them! LOL)

Wow, that does sound like a lot of work! I am taking it a bit more simply than you are, store bought desserts, and not so many choices. But your dinner sounds like it will be better than mine!

Wow it sounds like a tun of work! But just remember, it's not the perfection of everything it is the being together with those that you love. Don't stress to much, and I would get DH on the job! Also see who else would be willing to come over and help you out. Because that sure sounds like a really lot for one pregnant lady to have to do by herself!
