Okay, I am about to pull my hair out. Hayden (DD) is 3. She has been using her nursery furniture all this time. We just converted her crib into a toddler bed. Well, obviously, we need all that furntiure for Luke's nursery.

I wanted to get Hayden a cute little white furniture set with a twin bed. But we are converting our guestroom into Luke's nursery, so we have the set in there that we are giving Hayden. It has a queen size bed. Dont' get me started! I am not for giving my daughter that much bed, but it is what it is. DH doesn't want to have to sell that set and get her a new set.

Now...I am trying hard to find a cute bedding set that is for her age that is also in a queen. It just ain't happening! The only one I have seen like I just like is at Pottery Barn Kids. I don't want to spend all that money on something I just like. I am also trying to keep the colors she already has so we can keep curtains, frames, artwork, etc in her room. The color are bright pink and lime green.

There is a set at Kohls that I really like. It's a Jumping Beans brand and very reasonably priced, but of course, it only goes up to full size.

Does anyone know of any places to get cute bedding for her age? Everywhere else I see queen sets are just not cute or too grown up looking.

Thanks!
Erin

Have you looked at Ikea? I don't know if they have one where you live but there's always Ikea online. They seem to have plenty of colorful bedding in all sizes. They also sell everything separately, so you can pick and choose what you like. I think it offers a little more personalization.

My DD will be getting our guest bed too, once the baby arrives. It is a queen size futon. We have not found any cute bedding for it anywhere, so we got her some pink sheets and for now, she will use her current comforter (sized for a toddler bed), which she loves. It is too small to cover the whole bed, but she will really only be using a small section of it to sleep on. The rest of her bed will likely be covered with all her stuffed animals and princesses.

I think it depends exactly what style you are going for we just got Sydney her big girl bed and we got her a full size, I am using some mix and match vintage florals on her bed because that is the style I like and I have a major addiction to buying bedding so I have a ton to choose from LOL....Target has some cute Shabby Chic type bedding that I think is adorable for a little girl, but if that isn't the look you are going for I am not sure? Ikea would be a good place to try though.

oh and Syd's room is also pink and green, not really lime but a sage, I love the pink and green combo!
