idk how nattie does it but everytime we put her in a cloth diaper ahs manages to pee out them. the outside of the diaper is as wet as the inside and they are all in ones with the palstic liner on the inside. they are an outer cover, then flannel, then plastic, then 3 layers of soaker pad, then daipering fabric and then reusable liner (from outside in obviously - lol).

Hmmm, I've not had any leak problems, we're using Fuzzibunz. I never had leaks with them with my DS either (unless it got left on way too long, lol!)

Perhaps it's an issue with the leg holes... if she is still quite tiny, perhaps there is space in the leg hole area that is just enough for fluid to escape??

thats what i was thinking - she is 7lbs now. but dang she gets just as much pee on the outside of the diaper as she does inside.

I was going to say the same thing. We have several different kinds and the ones that Liam doesn't quite fit all the way into are the ones that have leaked.

I'm using flats and pull-on covers (Bummis whisper pants) with Elias because they're the only affordable cloth diapers that I can put on him right now. His legs and waist are too skinny for anything else. I've found that usually leaks are because there isn't a good 'seal' around the legs/waist, or because the diaper was left on WAY too long.

I would say the fit is causing that.. You want the elastic around the leg to fit pretty snug. If I put a diaper like that on Logan he will pee out of it in no time... sometimes it seems like he missed the diaper completely lol.

I know most diapers are for 8+lbs. Maybe try and get some XS or S diapers.. I don't know what else to suggest...

def not left on way too long - the other day we went through 4 daipers and 4 outfits in less than 3 hours.

Most of the cloth diapes I've looked at are for 4kg/9lb+ so it may be that she's too little for the still
