Below is my weightloss ticker. This is not for the pregnancy weight to come off as it has pretty much all came off. The rest of it is just what I've been wanting to loose for a while now to get back to my healthier weight!
we are doing good. abby just turned 6 weeks already. shes going through another growth spurt and now we think she has colic now. ugh. she screams every night starting at 7 pm. we do the basic needs and nothing helps. we even put gas drops in her bottle to.
glad that alba is doing good and that you all are doing good.
I am totally exhausted, but Akadia is only 2 weeks so we're still in that "just got home from the hospital, not in a routine" phase. She did sleep through the night the past 2 nights with just one feeding around 4 ish, but I still don't sleep good. I'm constantly waking up and checking to see if she's ok. I feel like I need a good 10 hours straight of sleep and that is obviously not going to happen anytime soon.
I was really struggling with the exhaustion until I started walking more this week. It might sound silly but it really helped my mood, which made it much easier to deal with Caleb when the colicy screaming starts in the evening, which in turn helps him calm down better and faster too. But I have found I seem to actually have more time to get everything else done because I'm not dragging so much. Now if I was wasn't dragging the rest of this weight on butt I'd feel even better!
