What's new with you fine mother-people you's?!?!
My life is calming down for a bit. This some kids being in school/applying for schools/therapy changes/banshee screeches of girly death have been cramping my jm style this last week. Silly life. Doesn't it know i have needs?!?!

I've been researching invisalign for my horse teethy needs which leads me to:

I had braces growing up. Wore them for 2 years.

No, I don't whiten. But I don't drink coffee or wine and I know those are big culprits for stains.

I floss probably 3 times a week.

I was slacking on the dental visits, but I'm back on the ball again.

Did you ever wear braces? I did for 2 years from 8th grade to 10th grade

Do you whiten your teeth? I would but my teeth are totally sensitive, so most of the strips/trays make my teeth ache for days. I use a whitening toothpaste, though.

Be honest, how often do you floss? Um, I am horrible at this.

Check-ups twice a year? Also horrible at it. It is a lack of dental insurance that makes it hard, I manage to get in about once ever two years if I am lucky. (let's make that reason number 25465 that I need to get out of this place)

Do you whiten your teeth? I have but I also have sensitive teeth so the whitening hurts! I had the "ZOOM" whitening thing done about 5 yrs ago, it caused my teeth to hurt and honestly they didn't seem that much whiter to me :/
Be honest, how often do you floss? I really try to nightly before bed but it usually only happens about 3-4 times per week on average
Check-ups twice a year? I am 2 yrs overdue, not enough hrs in my day but I need to get there LOL

The cold weather is new and I kinda hate everything about it. Other than that not too much. Levi is waking up at night randomly but I doubt it will last long. He also has 2 new teeth which could be why.

Check-ups twice a year? Nope. Only go to dentist if there is something wrong. Dentist appts are real expensive here and theres a waiting list

Love your smile or not so much? It's ok. I wish it was whiter.
Do you whiten your teeth? I did the professional whitening through the dentist for our wedding and it worked amazingly but wore off eventually. I will probably try it again before I go back to work in a couple of years. For now, I just use whitening toothpaste.
Be honest, how often do you floss? Once a day, I always do the front teeth, but not always the molars.
Check-ups twice a year? I used to, but I haven't found a new dentist since we moved, so it's been a while (I won't say how long). My DD's dentist is now accepting adults (it was a kids only one before), so I will probably contact them at some point.

Love your smile or not so much? not bad, I got lucky and have pretty good teeth for the most part. I am hoping that my kids get my teeth.... we shall see.

Be honest, how often do you floss? um..... I plead to the 5th. lol! No, seriously, I don't floss nearly like I should. Usually only if I eat something that makes me feel like it's all in my teeth.

I've been busy, busy with some doula shizz, volunteer work I just started doing, looking into going back to school and stuff stuff stuff. It's kind of invigorating, for now.

Did you ever wear braces? Forever. Twice. The roots on my teeth are really shallow and my chompers just looooove to slide around, despite all the retainer wearing and such.

Love your smile or not so much? hate it! I used to love it, but a few years ago I fell down hard onto pavement and knocked my teeth back into my gums. I have never felt as much pain as I did then. It was terrible! I have had work done (lots and lots of it) but I still have some more work to do. Just can't afford it right now. Hoping to do that with our tax refund next year!
