Anyone have any fright-tastic plans for the weekend?

Is it just me or is it super cold all of a sudden? Anyone have snow yet?

Tonight we are going to carve a pumpkin! I'm excited! I made a pot of chili last night so we'll have that for dinner.

Tomorrow we are going to the ECU/Tulane football game. Not liking the fact that there is a 25 degree difference between the high yesterday and the high tomorrow.

Sunday we are going to the NASCAR race. Everyone go ahead and laugh! I haven't been to a race in years but one of my customers is the sponsor and he has offered me suite tickets so I'm going to go.

We have a busy weekend! Tomorrow, friends are coming over for brunch, and then we're taking DD to see a My Little Pony show. Sunday, we're "Trunk or Treating".

We haven't gotten snow yet, but today the temperature dipped below 0, so it could be soon. Last year, it snowed on Halloween. We have pictures of DD making a snowman in the afternoon before we headed out Trick or Treating.

We're just staying home this weekend, we've done nothing but run around every weekend for the last month. We'll probably paint the pumpkins we got last week.

It is super cold! It snowed here last night, and we're getting 6 inches tomorrow too. I actually need to run out today to get the girls some warmer jackets and hats and mittens because I was in denial about winter coming and did not buy them yet.

The kids Halloween parade/party at school is this afternoon, we were going to go to Harvest Day tomorrow but it is supposed to be cold and yucky and maybe snow it never snows in Oct here LOL seriously ridiculous! I am not ready for it yet! Other than that no plans, my parents are here so we will just hang out, maybe make some baked treats and lounge around.

and yes it got cold FAST!!!!

I'm having a dozen friends over tomorrow for dinner so I'll be prepping for that most of the day. Sunday I need to make ds' costume and get and carve a pumpkin and make a 24 spider cupcakes for ds' preschool class on Monday.

The kids are in winter coats. Snow is imminent.
