It would seem that the quest for the perfect pair of jeans has begun for Noelle at the tender age of 17 months. We went shopping a few weeks ago and bought her three pair of size 24month jeans, knowing that her size 12months were too small and that her 2T leggings fit fine with a little extra room in the waist. The jeans are HUGE. She looks like a little gangster with her sagging bottom and her super long length. I think we are going to go back and get her a few pair of 18 month and hope those fit better.

What sizes are your little ones in these days? Has anyone else begun the quest for the perfect pair of jeans?

Sofia is in size 18 months. The best pair of jeans she has ever had were from baby gap, they fit her great, she just outgrew her 12 month pair. I think I'll have to go get her some in 18 months. Children's place jeans are baggy on her and don't fit right.

Sam is wearing 18 mo or 24 mo bottoms, it depends on the brand. He currently has a pair of Gap 18 month jeans that fit him awesomely. A second runner up would be his Old Navy 18 month ones. Usually 24 months are too long, he seems to have short legs.

Cam is in an 18 month bottom. He still fits in some 12 month shorts/pants but it depends on the brand. The jeans that I absolutely love on him I bought a Target. They are the Genuine Osh Gosh brand with the adjustable belt in the back. I LOVE them.

I have to ditto the baby gap jeans, the best jeans I ever got Alicia were from there. She is currently wearing 18month pants, 24m are wayyyy to big and baggy.

Elias is wearing 12 and 18 month pants (18 month stuff is HUGE on him though).

Children's Place jeans have fit both my kids really nicely. I love Osh Kosh overalls and jeans, and Carter's jeans too. Oh, and Old Navy stuff is really nice on Rebecca. Gap and Gymboree do not fit Rebecca properly at ALL, but I like Gap stuff on Elias.

Holly's in an 18 month pant. She has 1 pair of jeans from Zara that are technically really flattering on her (seems so weird to say that about a toddler's pair of jeans) but they kind of freak me out because of how "cool" they look. I don't want her to look hip and sexy!! She has one pair of Gap jeans that fit nicely too but I think I prefer her in Ds' hand me down Zellers (Canadian Target) boy fit jeans and she can do all her crazy toddler climbing moves better in them too. Baby girl's jeans really bug me with their tight fit and low rise and pink flowers and sparkles.

Elliot is wearing 18 month clothes. I would love to find a pair of jeans that fit her great. I think I might try Children's Place because the last ones we got her fit great from there. Maybe I'll try Gap since others have luck with them. I know I love that place!

Ben is an awkward height - most 12 month are too short and most 18 month are too long. He wears 24 month up top, though. He has short stubby legs. Old Navy seems to fit him best, pants-wise.

i love the baby gap jeans too!

Ash wears the 12-18 month ones which are a tad to long but otherwise fit great (with the adjustable waist)
