Gift wrapping: paper or bags? depends on the item. Mainly we use paper, but somethings are better wrapped in a bag. I am all for what makes the space under the tree look tidy.
Christmas dinner: turkey or roast? turkey and ham
Gift opening: Christmas eve or christmas day? We have an interesting way of working christmas eve and christmas day. Stephen's birthday is Christmas Eve, so we dedicate the morning and afternoon to him. Then we do what ever visiting Christmas Eve requires and come home to each open one new present. It's always new jammies. Then the rest of the gifts are open Christmas morning.

Gift opening: Christmas eve or christmas day? Christmas eve w/DH cuz I have no patience. Day w/everyone else.
