How many naps does your Junebug take each day?
Ben takes one around 11-1. I think he really needs two naps/day, one earlier and one later, but he's a stubborn little spud. He gets overtired and goes to bed around 6pm and gets up at 5 am which is KILLING me.

Alicia has been doing 1 nap since 11 months.....its usually 11-1 or 12-2pm then bedtime is between 7-8pm and up between 630-7. She does fine with 1 nap though, I doubt I could get her to do 2 naps these days.
Did the getting up at 5am start right after daylight saving time?

James still needs two naps, although the morning one is usually only 30-45 minutes. DD didn't give up her morning naps until around 20 months.

Sofia has only taken one nap since 3-4 months old. Lately it's been 2-2.5 hours long. Bedtime is 7pm, wake up around 8am. But she doesn't fall asleep right away at night, she likes to play in her crib for a while first.

Noelle naps once or twice and on a rare occasion she takes three naps a day. It depends on the day. I think at day care she gets bored and naps more, because there is no way I could get her to nap 3 times at home. Most of the time on the weekend it's one or maybe 2 short naps.

Usually two naps here some days one. Here is the thing with Ayla....she is a VERY early riser, before daylight savings she was up at 5am, now she is up at 4am. And in the last week she has taken to pooping at 2am, she won't sleep with poop in her pants..... so up, change her pants put her back down and get up 2 hours later. Since she gets up so early, she wants to nap at 8:30am for an hour and a half, and then back down at 2ish for an hour, bedtime at 7:30. I don't feel like she is sleeping enough....probably because I'm not sleeping enough....if I could go to bed at 8 I would, unfortunately I like to spend time with my husband ;-)

Ben is an early riser too! He was 5 am before the time change, now he still wakes up between 5 and 6. And he goes to bed earlier. If I could get him to take a 2nd nap I could put him to bed later and all would be well. But, he doesn't go to sleep - just stays quiet for about 20 minutes then starts babbling.

one nap a day here- has been for the past month. Ideally, she will nap for 2 hrs somewhere between 1 and 2. But most of the time it's just one hour. She does however, sleep a good 12 hours each night, sometimes as much as 13.5, so I guess that's why.
