Just cast my vote. By the way, I really love her middle name! Loved it so much I gave it to Abigail as a middle name

Voted! I chose Elliana. Just curious how you will say it though? Anna or ah-na?

Done! I voted what Kim voted, because she's wise.

It is pronounced El-ee-ah-na. Our original choice was Ellianna, then we thought that people might say A-na, instead of Ah-na, so we are now trying to decide between the traditional Eliana or the slight variation Elliana. Right now we are leaning toward Elliana. Just wanted to see what everyone thought.
P.S. PLEASE DON'T MENTION THE NAME ON FACEBOOK OR ANYWHERE ELSE OUTSIDE OF JUST MOMMIES!!!! Thanks.

I wouldn't change it from the traditional simply because some dumdums might get it wrong, they'd probably get it wrong no matter what! I'd go with your gut, not with how other people will read it.

I voted for Ellianna ... I typically go for whatever the "original" or "traditional" spelling is but in this case I didn't realize any one of them was more "traditional" and I like Elli for a nickname better than Eli, and I like anna/anne spelled with to N's so I like it with two n's in this too!

I'm for Eliana.
And just so you know there are always going to be those people that need name spellings and explanations. My legal first name is Lee....and boy oh boy do I have to explain that one everywhere! Because Lee could not possibly be a female name.

Thanks everyone. Right now we are going with Elliana, 2 l's. 1. I think Eliana looks a lot like Elaina and my eyes keep confusing it! 2. We like Elli/Ellie as a nick name, and using 2 l's in the name flows easily into a nick name with out changing the spelling! Thanks for all the input and support!
