I went swimming Saturday and forgot lotion. I was miserable.

It used to be shower for me but I'm learning to skip it every now and then, but it's hard.

Definitely coffee. It's all headaches and yelling without it.

I think I will have to go with lotion too. That's the only thing I can think of that I have to have on me ALL THE TIME.
