I had an interview this week for a RN position at a local hospital. If I get it we won't be moving! If I dont... well I guess we will. Anyways it was my first interview for a "big girl job" and I was so nervous. My face must have been bright red when they were asking me questions! Three of them were in the interview with me. I guess I did okay though because the HR lady had me sign a paper saying if they are interested in hiring me they were allowed to do a background check on me. Well I got a call the next day that they were starting the background check! She said thats the second step of the hiring process so I am crossing my fingers I get offered the job... I've got all my eggs in this basket!! If anyones got some luck to spare send it my way!! I won't make as much as I would if I moved but I will get to stay home and I'll be trained on Telemetry and eligible to transfer inside the hospital with in 6 months if an L&D position opens up, who knows I might like it there though!! OMG SOOO excited and nervous.
On a side note... I hate my job. Its so darn easy but I hate being in this building alone. I'm afraid of my own shadow! This is ridiculous. I down a couple energy drinks every time too and end up jumpy n almost twitchy lol... doesnt help Im kind of scared to get water from the water cooler... hahah I'm crazy!
