Great article!! I really did feel like I was all alone in EPing, because you never really hear of it. I didn't anticipate having problems with breastfeeding so when I came up with my "new and innovative" EPing plan, I didn't really know what I was doing because I hadn't researched it. I could have saved myself the headache of working so hard to establish my supply because I didn't know I was supposed to be pumping so often. I just did it whenever I felt engorged. Thank goodness I found this forum after about a month because that is how I went from pumping about 15-20oz/day to around 28-30+. If I hadn't have found this forum when I did I'm pretty sure I wouldn't have been able to pump for as long as I have.
