You'll get one extra point on Friday if you add a star with stitching on it and a swirl of some sort.

They're worth one point each so if you use both, you get two points. They can be used in the same layout or one in each on Friday but they can only be used on Friday for points an you can only get the point from each one time.

Make sure you state that you used the extra point pieces when you post your layouts.

Does the LO have to be made on Friday to get the Friday extra points? If I do a Friday challenge on Saturday, do extra points count then?

as long as it's the friday challenge and the friday extra points, it doesn't matter what day it's made on. you don't get the points for doing a friday extra point on a saturday challenge. make sense?
