I just stumbled upon these boards and this is such an amazing community! I spent a lot of time over at What to Expect. My husband and I had our son in April 2011, so he is almost 2 1/2. He will be an only child, so we are done having children!
After having my son, I really struggled with getting my body back. I am working on building a health and fitness community over on facebook and I would love for anybody who needs support or a little bit of inspiration to join us. I post healthy recipes, daily motivational quotes/tips, informative articles, etc.
I find that I am the most successful when I surround myself with people who are positive and motivate me to get off the couch! That is my hope with this community.
