I had a young lady that baby sat Wynston for one evening and he fell and hit his head on the chair. When he turned around she was standing there and now he cries everytime he see's her so I can't let her keep him because he cries. Not that she did anything to him but since he was the first person he saw, it was as if he associated that she contributed to him hurting himself. I don't know if he is old enough to understand that or not but it sure does seem like he does. So, I only have family to watch him now....that is if it is something urgent I have to do.

I have a sitter for Lucky. It took me a while to find a good one but one day my Asst. Pastor and his wife were over and DH suggested that she should watch Lucky because she didn't want to go back to work after her baby got her and she said she would love to!! I love that because she is so sweet and I know how much she loves Lucky. God really helped me pick her because I didn't want to leave him with anyone!!!

I have a woman who is a SAHM to a 6 month old who watched Brandon 3 days a week for 2 hours each day (hubby goes into work @ 3:15pm and I didn't get home until 5:30). We also have a teenager (13 or 14) who watches him sometimes if we want to go out or something. We don't have any family within a 6 hour drive of here, so we're either one our own or hire someone.

I am usually the nanny or sitter for other moms.. I care for a 7 month old during fall- spring and help my BFF with her daughter 2-4 hours a week. But when we need a little help we usually ask the parents or my BFF as she owes me.. lol
