When you pick your child up, she has taken he/she for her first haircut without your permission. What would be your reaction?

Tell me about it. A lady that I work with had this happen to her and she was letting her son's hair grow long and she was proud of it. All of a sudden she picked her son up from her MIL and she said she almost fainted when she saw her son's hair.
