Breakfast: Chex cereal with rice milk
Lunch: Red Romaine salad with walnuts, dried cherries, feta cheese and oil and vinegar, cheese and crackers
Snack: Farm market kettle corn
Dinner: Salmon burger in lettuce wrap, fresh cherries
Other: 3,000 mg fish oil, 2 T. ACV

Sunday, July 10
Breakfast: Chex cereal with rice milk
Lunch: Grilled chicken, green beans and roasted potatoes
Snack: Kettle corn
Dinner: Pasta with olive oil, salmon, tomato and parmesan cheese
Dessert: Chocolate chex with rice milk
3,000 mg fish oil. Skipped the ACV today

Lunch: Salad, Lentils and Rice with lime
Snack: Strawberries
Dinner: Chicken in orange sage sauce, steamed green beans, salad
Dessert: Grande campfire bear from Biggby  So naughty but soo good!
3,000 mg. fish oil, 2 T. ACV

Breakfast: Chex cereal with almond milk
Lunch: Rice and lentils with lime and avocado
Snack: Yogurt
Dinner: Greek turkey burgers and steamed green beans
Dessert: Rocky road ice cream!

Wow I have been slacking. I've been being bad. My joints and fatigue have been giving me a lot of grief lately and I've become resentful since my diet is so health-conscious it just doesn't seem fair; so I have been letting myself cheat on gluten lately. I even drank alcohol yesterday! We went out for our anniversary
Friday, August 6
Breakfast: Organic granola with fresh local blueberries and almond milk
Lunch: RIce pasta with feta cheese, artichoke hearts and sundried tomatoes, fresh local peaches and blueberries
Dinner: Brace yourself for this one---- Crab cake slider appetizer, two sangrias, mahi-mahi tacos with himalayan red rice and beans, avocado, feta cheese, pico di gallo, cilantro and arugala.
Dessert DH and I split a dessert sampler with white chocolate raspberry gelato, chocolate cheesecake and creme brulee. Yes, it was to die for.

Hey, i hope it's okay for me to comment in here?
It looks like your diet is pretty healthy, at least compared to how i've been eating lately! Happy late anniversary! I think it's more than okay to splurge a little on special occasions

Breakfast: Chex Cereal in almond milk, half a banana
Lunch Corn tortillas with rice, chicken, avocado, lettuce, cilantro and tomatoes
Snack Carrots and hummus
Dinner: Homemade pizza with spinach, artichokes and sundried tomatoes; spinach salad
Dessert: Aiden's chocolate birthday cake - It's my baby's 2nd birthday today!
