Tuesday July 20
Breakfast: Grape nuts cereal w/ sliced fresh strawberries (fat free milk)
Lunch / Dinner: Turkey & cheese sandwich w/ chips (I eat low fat lunch meat, fat free chese, and fat free lays potato chips)
Snacks: chips ( baked scoops ) & salsa, 100 cal. pack, dinner roll at work...lol, weight watcher ice cream bar
