Okay, here we go. I had one before but was starting to slack so I stopped...but I'm really gonna try to keep up with this now.

Breakfast - Banana and breakfast sandwich w/ egg whites and Canadian bacon
Lunch - Left over veggie fritata, yogurt
Snack - Vanilla rice crisps
Dinner - Tortilla crusted tilapia w/ salad
Snack - Handful of mini-wheats
Work out - 45 mins of the arms/shoulders p90x dvd. the total work out is supposed to be an hour, but someone woke up from their nap before I could finish
