hi my name is Kerian, i am mommy to 14 months old Kyla. i am a working mom from South Africa.
a few months after Kyla Kyla was born i found myself struggling to cope. it took me till she was 12 months old to realise i had hit rock bottom. i went to my doc who diagnosed me with PPD. i have been on my meds now for 2 months and it has changed my life.
DH and i no longer fight. i can cope with situations better.

anyway i just wanted to introduce myself. i look forward to getting to know you all and hope you dont mind if i stick around>

Welcome and thanks for joining us! I'm sorry to hear that you have suffered from PPD, but glad that you reached out for help. Sometimes that can truly be the hardest part. Your daughter is adorable! I'm Joanna (25), DH is Tim (26), and we have 15-month old Dalton. I was diagnosed with PPD after I went back to work because I couldn't bear to leave my son. They took me off work for a month until the medicine I was on started working, but what helped the most was information about support and moms groups in the area.

Hi! I'm Becky, married to Nick, and we have two beautiful little ones ..Noah who is 18 months and Kinsley who is just a little over a month old. I just recently got diagnosed with PPD so it's still a constant struggle for us. Right now we're working with counseling but may have to start medication soon.

Can't wait to get to know more about you and your family!
