I am dealing with the depression alright I guess. I am on 100mg of Zoloft and its working. However I have a lot more to deal with. My husband is deployed and my grandfather passed in september and my father killed himself last week. so i am taking that pretty hard. So that is my update.

I'm sorry you have so much going on danniegirl. My depression also started when my DH was deployed, if you need anyone to talk to, please feel free to PM me!

I am now taking Zoloft and have been on it for about a week. I haven't had a single side effect on it yet, which is a relief. I felt horrible on Pristique, I had so many side effects from it. I also started exercising regularly at the beginning of the month and have started taking a vitamin D supplement. I am seeing my therapist about once a week right now and I feel all of this has really helped. I am feeling much better already with the combination of these things. I'm hoping to see things continue to improve.

Hi again everyone! So far so good, but I haven't delivered yet....I have a few bad days here and there, but other than that, for now I am doing alright! I hope everyone else is well. I am in and out of L&D because my baby is trying to come, but they are trying to keep her in until 36 wks, thats in 1 wk 1 day for me, not too long, but I think she is coming in the next 2 days. I will update as soon as I get out again, as I am probably going in to L&D again today. Thank ya'll for checking on your members, it makes you feel good, you know?

sorry i havent been by, i have been absent from most boards on JM lately, and by most all i mean all, lol

I'm doing ok i suppose. the pharmacy somehow lost my presciption???? so im out of meds until we figure something out it just happened yesterday so im hoping to have it resolved by today. im pretty ticked though, i mean, how does that happen??

anyways, i've just been trying to stay busy. i've limited myself to 2 hours on the computer a day. not counting work i do for the youth (i'm a youth leader) which I only do 3 days a week. I've noticed that the more time i spend up and doing stuff the better i feel.

so, things are still pretty rough but i can see the light at the end of the tunnel, its dim and some days i think it must be cloudy out bc i can't really see it (lol) but i know its there

Im doing pretty good. Im on 50 mg of Zoloft and it seems to be working. Im also working out a lot which is helping too. We are having some drama with my stepdaughter's mom so that is sort of stressing me out but im handling things pretty well. A lot better than I would have before I was on meds.

I am doing better since I have been on Lexapro.
But I still have some days that I still cry easily....
DH was deployed in May and it has been really hard dealing with that, the bills work and my soon to be 2 year old.
The last 3 nights I have had awful awful dreams/nightmares....I don't know what all that is about.I have been thinking about my husband alot lately......

Mizz Stewart you keep cooking that baby. Please do update when you get a chance and post pictures. I love baby pictures.

mommy_tu_2 don't worry about not being around we understand I just like to make sure that everyone is doing ok. Depression is nothing to mess around with. Sorry to hear the pharmacy messed up your prescription. I hope they get it sorted out fast.

Kerian glad you haven't had a "lost it" moment in a while that always feels good. Sorry to hear Kyla is getting sick . That is never fun.

Erin glad that you are doing good and the meds are helping. To bad for the extra stress from the other mom. I hope the issue is resolved quickly.

yankeegirl I pray your DH comes home safe and sound. I know how deployments go, no matter where they go it stinks being apart. How much longer is he gone for? Bad days are ok as long as they don't outnumber the good ones .

Thank you all so much for poping in and updating. I love knowing you are all doing ok for the most part. Please feel free to post or even pm if you need someone to talk to.
