Hi! I was previously on this board as beckylouwho after my little girl Kinsley was born July of '09 .. I was suffering from severe post partnum depression but have since recovered and actually gave birth to our third little one in November and I had no problems with PPD at all! I am still very active in PPD awareness!

wow I think it is great that you overcame it and didnt suffer from it again. I am very new to the whole thing and not quite sure what to do

Hang in there and know that it will get better! The worse part for me was actually admitting to myself and everyone around me that I was having a hard time and then I needed some help .. It's hard but if you ever have any questions about anything feel free to message me!

I tok a step today and talked to the nurse that runs the weekly baby playgroup we go to. She is going to do a home visit next week to talk things out with me too
