Are you on any sort of treatment right now? Medication? Counselling? Talking to other moms?

Do you feel like it is helping? Will you try anything else?

Thankfully I didn't have any problems with PPD after Lucas was born but I do still attend my PPD support group and probably will for a long time .. I love those women and they have seen me through so much and STILL help me when there are times I feel myself slipping a little ...

I am on medication and am expecting a home visit from a community nurse next week just to chat and get some coping tips

I'm on medication and hopefully when I get insurance again I can go see a therapist just to have someone outside of my family/friends to talk to where I won't feel like I need to hold back anything.

I have a hard time admitting things to myself so far. I wish that nurse had called me back

I am seeing a therapist (my priest) and I'll take it one day at a time after Bob is born. I'm hoping since I have the first weeks after birht already jam packed it will be okay this time.

I think that is is great that you are preparing yourself for after the next birth. We are considering a 3rd and I will likely do the same thing
