Hi. My name is Julie and I am 8 month PP. I just recently decided I needed some help after a woman in my playroom said she felt so much better. I don't want to start any medicine because I am bfing but I started going to a therapist a couple of weeks ago.
I have a history of depression so I don't know if I feel this way because of being PP or if it's just the way I am. I am hoping I will feel better soon. I want to enjoy having my son and not feel stressed out all the time.
Hi Julie! I'm Caylynne and I am 5 months PP right now and am currently taking meds to help my PPD. I think seeing a therapist is a great idea and talking with someone without fear of judgement is awesome. Hopefully they are able to help you out with your journey.
