Does anyone else when they start to get in a funk or going through the PPD tend to eat more? I feel like I have no self control and just eat crap all day long as a small pity party for myself. If I ever would like to lose some of this baby weight I know I need to control how much I eat but I swear its a vicious cycle that doesn't easily end.
I have the opposite. I have a hard time getting myself to eat more than meal or two a day. I think that eating, or not eating is a way to control something in a world that is vastly uncontrolable. There is no easy answer
I tend to eat more when I am depressed. Or happy . I am an emotional eater and yes its hard to lose weight when you are an emotional eater. But it can be done . I found not keeping those things in the house helps some. Although I try to have something sweet around for once in awhile or I binge. The other option is to treat yourself to a special meal or dessert. You can't just go cold turkey. But you are not alone.
