. I am an emotional eater and yes its hard to lose weight when you are an emotional eater. But it can be done

. I found not keeping those things in the house helps some. Although I try to have something sweet around for once in awhile or I binge. The other option is to treat yourself to a special meal or dessert. You can't just go cold turkey. But you are not alone.
