Does anyone have any suggestions for some good books for ppd? I was looking at Living Beyond Postpartum Depression: Help and Hope for the Hurting Mom and Those Around Her but there are just some many books on it. I would like to stay away from the research part and from drs so I was thinking this would be a good one. Please let me know your thoughts.

the only one I have looked at wasnt for me. It was called the post-partum husband. it is written in point form and is meant to help husbands understand some of what we are going through. If you find a good book do let us know

I bought this one Living Beyond Postpartum Depression: Help and Hope for the Hurting Mom and Those Around Her from Amazon and just got it in today so I will keep you posted
