Hi, I am Samantha and I am 26. I am in a new relationship after divorce and expecting my 4th child. It's been 5 years since my last pregnancy so anyone got any tips on a healthy pregnancy? also, as i have had depression since my 2nd child, now I have had to stop my anti depressants so any tips on me getting through the pregnancy without needing help from meds for depression, thank you

Did you talk to your doctor. I know some people that stay on medication while preagnant.
For a healthy pregnancy. Drink lots of water, eat healthly and limit caffine. Take a prenatal with folic acid and no heavy lifting!
